They were punctual to their appointments. My teeth came out great. They were also very welcoming.

My daughter recently got her braces out and was so happy with her new smile. Dr. Obaisi and her team was very helpful and answered any questions we had. Dr. Obaisi is a great orthodontics, she made sure my daughter felt comfortable throughout the treatment. Throughout the whole process we didn't have any complaints and appreciated the great communication. We cannot thank her enough for the wonderful treatment. I've also recommended her to my neices and they have no complaints either. I highly recommended Dr. Obaisi if your looking for an orthodontics!

I just got my braces off yesterday and would totally recommend getting you treatment done here! The staff is all so kind and Dr. Obaisi transformed my smile. Getting my braces on and off didn’t take long and they walked me through every step of the way. My appointments went by very quickly as well, couldn’t recommend this place enough!

My kids are still in middle of their braces treatments so I can't comment on how great their smile is yet. What I can comment on is Dr. Noor's bedside manner, how she explains everything patiently until I understand, her patience with the kids, the responsiveness of her and her staff. When my daughter and our family decided that she was going to get braces, I was adamant about a few things. First of all, I wanted a female provider for my daughter so she could see someone who is female succeeding in the world of orthodontia. Second, we wanted an orthodontist who is competent, compassionate, kind, and patient. An orthodontist who takes the time to educate the young people they serve and their families. An orthodontist who is a trail-blazer, and positively influencing the next providers in orthodontia. Dr. Noor and her team are all of these things and more! I have been a nurse for over 16 years in a variety of specialties and in working with young people. I believe and understand the positive impact that healthcare providers can have on all people and young people, especially. It was very important to me that throughout the duration of her orthodontic care that my daughter feel validated, heard, and that she educated and supported in asking questions while growing in her understanding of her plan of care. I feel that this strongly builds a healthy relationship, not only between a patient and a provider but also within the individual of themselves to embrace, empower, and strengthen their self-care. Something that was amazing throughout this whole process is that she became so educated about something that could’ve just been another appointment, or a thing to do or just looking at the end goal. The essence of how Dr. Noor Obaisi and Jessenia engaged with my daughter and our family was so meaningful and not at all transactional. They are genuine and truly take pride in fulfilling their passion. I am so grateful that throughout the process of our initial consultation up through today, the amazing day that my daughter’s braces were removed, and her retainers were set, that we felt we had an absolute phenomenal experience with Dr. Noor Obaisi! In addition, the office and setting is clean, well cut, inviting and in a great location. The scheduling was seamless. The waiting room was friendly and we were never booked at the same time as someone else. My child is now interested in becoming an orthodontist, and it was a beautiful experience for my teenager and my family as well! I highly recommend without a doubt, Dr. Noor Obaisi and her team!
